Jeff Chambers
Looking forward to the game Mike and hoping Town can continue our good run of form. Should be a good F-Troop presence at the game and in full voice. After all...it's Friday night. mattelot
Goldeneye
Going to be a lot of rain today, but should clear just before the kick-off.

Run a slitter over it to get the water off the surface quicker. Did ours twice this week 1,920,000 drainage slits in it now, doesn't guarantee the game but gives you a better chance. Dave Deacon
Luke Brabyn hat-trick and as the lone front-runner proved to be a problem for Newquay all evening. Town's other goal was a Ryan Martt header from a corner while Ross Fallens and Jack Bray-Evans scored for Newquay. 2-2 at the break I thought the game could have gone either way until Dan Peters, the Newquay keeper, was at fault for the Falmouth 3rd! Brabyn then got his third with a header at the far post after Tim Nixon dribbled into the Newquay penalty area, probably should have had a shot on goal, but decided to turn away from the target and eventually get a cross in! His first was a bit of a scooper early on from the edge of the box, nothing Dan could do about that one as it floated over his head, but Newquay were good value for the half-time scoreline with Fallens goal from just outside the box being a well hit low drive giving Barnes no chance, as was their second when Bray-Evans, perhaps could have been closer marked, all but turned onto a ball into him and volleyed in. Falmouth always in front although never looking safe until that 4th in the 83rd minute. Have to also say how good it is to hear supporters getting behind their side. Well done the F Troop. leedsunited
Was quite impressed at how much fresher Bickland Park was looking last night, have they new floodlights as well?? Thought the pitch seemed a lot brighter, looked great. Thought Newquay did well to get back in to the game but Falmouth we're very under par themselves according to supporters ( so to score 4 being under par isn't to bad ! ) Newquay management be disappointed I'm sure in the manner they conceded the goals, very poor defensively. But in all an enjoyable evening. mattelot, Harry P and TheolderIgetthebetterIwas
