St Agnes Thirds 1-2 St Just Seconds (HT 1-0)

Very much a game of two halves. St Agnes will feel hard done by as I felt they had 2 sin bins early in the first half that were extremely harsh. Changed the game as suddenly the downhill advantage with the wind was gone. Don't like to say the ref 'ruined the game' as without them there's no game, but it wasn't his finest hour let's just say that.

Well contested and St Agnes a good bunch of lads, thanks for putting some food on and see you in a couple of weeks at our place.

Mousehole Reserves 4 Penwith Exiles 0

A cracking game to watch. Mousehole really turned up and Exiles, despite going four down kept going. Both teams a credit to the league and division 1. Referee must also get a mention for his use of good advantage.

It must be said Mousehole had a wind assisted first goal from Tom Hooper's free kick from his first half which sailed over a stranded keeper. However with the second free-kick in almost exactly the same place - this was intended! A great piece of skill to make it 2-0.

After the break Exiles came our strong but Mousehole defended resolutely and soaked up all the pressure and played quick on the counter with Chris Bullock up top doing well as a solo striker.

Jj simmonds pounced on a mistake by the keeper and placed it in the net for 3-0.

A great move involving three or four players played in summer signing Michael Fitchett to make it 4-0.

Overall a very good result for the league to ensure an early bit of competition at the top of the league.

As I've mentioned above credit to the Exiles lads. Not a bad tackle in sight- a well contested game in windy conditions.

Hard to choose a MOM but Joe Davies shaded it for Mousehole. Lee Robinson not far behind. For Exiles no.8 Burt.

Mawnan reserves.

Horrible start to our season. New team in the division we thought we could do better. But learning. From mistakes, took it into this week, and to be fair dominated. Good football, team spirit and most importantly attitude! A great win for us, but we keep learning and take into every week.

winning 7-3 including silly mistakes from our back four , to concede. But I think we need to remember we're a new team to this division.

Overall a good 3 points, were ready for the next game!

Well done newlyn good team and wish all the best!

What is wrong with this forum today? Were all the refs competent and all the Linos honest and accurate? Where are the nasty fouls, the sin bins and the multiple red cards? Hardly a whinge to be seen, I really don't know what this league is coming to!

all about respect and playing football. while it's like this it's all good. no room for negative people on here.

I think you'll find that all the people who wrote any kind of report was on the winning team!
