It may have recovered if we didn’t reverse the Carharrack fixture last week, but unfortunately it’s not playable for tomorrow against Troon. We tried to reverse the fixture but unfortunately Troon’s pitches were no good either.
Tom Trust
I didn't realise you had a waterlogging problem. I've only seen it twice, once last week and once before lockdown when your fixture with Carharrack was called off for some reason and I didn't find out. Your pitch is flat and wide and looks like one of the best in Junior football around. I hope it recovers soon. I would have enjoyed playing on a pitch like that when I was about 55 years younger! Hi Tom, It doesn’t have a water logging problem as such, but with 6 teams regularly playing on it then there is very little time for the pitch to recover week to week. Since last weeks Saturday game, youth teams have played on it causing more damage and with the weather over the last 7 days our groundsman (and Saturday team manager) Graham Smith hasn’t been able to repair it to the standard he would like, so it’s unplayable tomorrow. Whilst the pitch generally drains well, it has never been quite the same since the housing development went up next door in 1999! I agree that it’s one of the best pitches in junior football and that’s largely due the huge amount of time and effort that Graham puts in week after week. He’s as gutted as anyone that the game is off tomorrow. RAPPO and TheolderIgetthebetterIwas
RAPPO
Was pretty cut up come the end after last week Chris, not surprised it’s not recovered in time for this week. Hope you’ve recovered though and are feeling better. Have a good weekend mate 👍⚽️ Chris Davey

Praze with two headers from corners and a late penalty to lift a little spirit to the away side. Praze held on, with the keeper making a few fine saves to keep the score down. cornishteddyboy
Division 1 RNAS Culdrose 2-11 Penzance Reserves Att- 6 Wind ruined it. Not enjoyable to watch due to weather plus I think the Culdrose keeper didn't want to be between the sticks. It was OK up to half time but after that it became too one sided and emotions turned from yay another goal to poor lad conceded again.
deancourt
Were there really all those teams scoring eleven goals? Surely some sort of record if true,
