Mark Leah
🚨MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT🚨 Saints hit the jackpot and after 7 years the main part of our ReVamP of VP will be completed. We've only bloody done it after all this time...... Last week we were finally granted the much needed, extra £300,000 required to build the extension, double garage, committee room and new changing rooms and we are delighted to share that news with you. Back in 2015 the project would have cost £80,000 but with the inflation it now stands at a huge £365,000. We secured £50k from Sport England back in 2019, we have fundraised, applied for small funding pots and with club funds and volunteering hours it equates to £15k but that meant we were £300,000 short. Thanks to the Premier League Stadium Improvement Fund (PLSIF) granting £50k it left us seeking £250k from the Football Foundation, which last Wednesday they accepted our hard work, detailed plans, quotation, desire for our community and granted us the money, which means we can start!!🙆♂️ It shows that if you want something enough, continue to fight for it.👊 We would like to take this time to thank many people that have got it to this stage so far: Ross Andrew (FF) Lee Rider (Regional officer of The FF) Daniel Greenough (CCFA) Paul Bearham (South West Community Builds) Dave Jose (Architectual Consult Ltd) St Day Youth & Sports Association Sport England PLSIF It certainly was a Jubilee weekend for all Saints and all did celebrate, but now its time to share the news with all of you and request some help and support and start the hard work. What we require now is across the project £10,000 worth of free labour from everyone possible. We are not holding back and wasting anymore time. Starting THIS Saturday (11th June), we will require as many of you to be at the club at 8.30am where site managers will give a safety briefing and then start knocking down walls, ceilings, removing rubble etc of the existing changing rooms. Saturday is the start of a lot of help needed Who can be there? Free BBQ at lunchtime Let’s help YOUR club to have the best facilities around 🖤💛🖤💛🖤 Mandy K Aggiemaid, CRD, Tommy Matthews and 1 other

RAPPO
Well done Mark and St.Day!! Just got back off my holiday to this great news! Remember playing one of my first men’s games as a 13 year old kid against St.Day and it was a bit chalk and cheese compared to today’s facilities and what’s to come for the club! Delighted for all involved, great news mate👍⚽️👏🏼 Mark Leah
