The Town Man
Has Dane Bunney changed his name? Interesting appointment that one? Just moved down so limited contacts you would assume.ย Wealth of experience though it seems.

Good luck to him at Launceston, hopefully he can carry on the good work that Dan Hart started.ย Certainly has a decent CV.
Yourhavingalaugh
Exciting appointment for Launceston and local football as a whole ๐ Itโll be interesting to see how the manager approaches player recruitment and what sort playing style they will adopt. Definitely worth a trip to Launceston next season.ย
hills19
Good appointment it seems for Launceston. Agree hopefully he can carry on from Dan Hart. I still remember Launceston being top 6 so nice to see them rise.
sportsman10
All great bringing in a guy with experience from up country but will mean absolutely nothing to local players ย . He will no doubt need a good assistant who will no the local game and contacts for player recruitment.. thought Dane was a shoe in for that Jobย

If the players he had don't want to play for him Or drop a level... Who does he know.ย Dane literally took over a good side and to be fair to him did keep them at that standard.. Although not as well prepared.ย
leedsunited
I think an excellent appointment on paper. Far far to experienced for Swpl.ย Lack of contacts will be his downfall, as we all know football in Cornwall is different to anywhere else in the Country.ย A great appointment on experience & paper though.ย
silly billy
Having a manager with loads of contacts didn't do St Blazey or Bodmin much good. quiksilver
Both Sides of the Tamar
Wish the new manager well. Dan Hart has left a useful base to build from. Small budget but a committed youthful squad.
Uwdi Krugg
Impressive acquisition ๐ I'm sure Neil will build upon what's already in place and provide a fresh focus to the local Manager scene. Certainly seems a positive addition for Launceston. Looks like they're in the right place at the right time with Neil settling in North Cornwall. On a side note isn't it becoming slightly tiresome & rather far fetched to link Mr Bunney with every job under the sun? He wasn't exactly the Cornwall version of Jurgen Klopp all being said. Let's give Neil the respect he deserves and wish both him & Launceston Football Club good fortune for next season.
