Bridgwater United 3 Saltash United 0

Bad day at the office. Make no mistake Bridgwater will be top 3 by seasons end. However, the injuries for Ashes mount - Jesé do we need a break from games! However if Sam Hughes had scored his early chance and Henry Wilson’s rocket had gone in- who knows. But Bridgwater were very very impressive!

Some strange linesman decisions mind didn’t help (how can a player be offside when playing back into own half).

If in front of second last defender and ball when its played then quite easily!

Only Millbrook can look back on today's results with any comfort!

I was at the Helston match and certainly on the day the better side won.

How many games is that now millbrook have scored late goals to win or rescue a point. They must have some fitness regime.

As far saltash. A small squad that suffering with injuries and fatigue been some tough games already could definitely do with a covid break or something

Helston result is surprising A lot of money on very good players but seem to be struggling to find right line up formation.  Bowker on the bench today I can’t see him being happy with that too often. Bitten have had a change of personal themselfs so will be happy with a big win like that

Millbrook seem to have a limited squad but players that are able to play in multiple positions. Good job as Jack Wood stepped into the goal after Millbrooks keeper Sam waa injured after saving a penalty.

Great to see Jake Foster back on the scoring sheet and also the return of Sam Morcom. However Rikki Sheperd is becoming a star player and invaluable striker for Millbrook.

Josh Grant for Tavistock is always a threat and first half Tavi could of stamped thier authority but Millbrook seem to go into another gear in the second half. They had plenty of chances to take the points today but think they will be happy with a well earned point at this early stage of a long season.

Rikki shepherd seem to be making a name for himself . Wouldn’t be surprised if parkway are having a serious look at him for next season.

tough results for helston and Saltash today maybe this knew league isn’t as easy as as thought brigdwater and bitton the first big teams they’ve played really

Embarrassing for Helston, the money they are paying they should be pushing to win the league.

We had 8 players out and 2 others not fully fit. It’s been a ridiculous start to the season- but it allows others a chance from the St Pirans side. Ace, Ellis and Frazer had a run out yesterday. This is the advantage of a squad side. These lads will learn a lot from playing teams like Bridgwater and develop in years to come.

If the players play with commitment like yesterday and get beaten by a better side- can’t ask for a lot more.

Mmm - Exmouth Town started as they mean to carry on ? They could be a good watch this season.

Kevin Hill relishes the "under the radar," tag that Exmouth seem to have.

A very well organised and experienced side that never concedes many goals, and a very direct style of play that makes them a handful to defend against. Definetely contenders for a top four finish.
