This is when the fixtures get thrown into utter confusion and league and county fixtures, refereee's secretaries have to work their socks off. Spend part of the Christmas holidays sorting fixtures out to the end of the season and bang, first day back, thrown into confusion. Mullion only game left in Combo after inspection at 11 but chap is now on his way to have another look at this moment. Chucking it down our end plus it is as dark as sin outside. Dave James Posted January 8, 2022 Report Share Posted January 8, 2022 All part of the job Paul , I just get an extra supply of headache tablets and wait for the Leagues above to take our pitches that already have Trelawny fixtures on ! To be fair we have all done well with fixtures up until Christmas so we have a bit of leeway but nobody knows how many weeks we will lose until the rain stops .
