We are pleased to announce Mark Ferguson-Smith (@Denman6 ) as our 1st team Manager for the 2020/21 season. Mark steps up from our Reserves after 4 fantastic seasons. He will be assisted by Steve Wheatley (@stevewheats2553 ).

Big budget cuts at Poltair, but good luck to them. Two good guys who probably like the beer after more than the football! 

Hearing from reliable sources St.Blazey have spoken to Hoops about a possible return, apparently jealous that St.Austell are getting the good 'local' crop of players to that area & after spending big this season & being let down on more than one occasion by 'Staff' they are hoping Hoops might be able to attract some County Youth talent back to Blaise Park, & some credibility to the club.

Expect to see the couple of local midfielders at Helston re sign with them! Good mates with the manager.

With the money they are getting and will be getting at Helston, being good mates with the Manager becomes irrelevant.

Sparky. Top Fella I hope he is given time as he will do a really good job. Cornish football needs to re-evaluate as throwing money at players is no longer sustainable. People like Mark have a great connection with the town and the club. He is the right man to take the club forward. Good luck Sparky.

Looks like Blazey have missed out on Glynn Hooper with tweets from Helston today confirming he will be at the club for the forthcoming season
