Watched Newquay vs Truro City Res with Newquay winning 1-0 ,wasnt the prettiest of games to watch both teams looked like the end of season couldnt come soon enough .

Newquay controlled the game really and Cam Turner does what hes best of just commanded the midfield Newquay had young Sharp playing from the start and he didnt look out of place well done young man .

Newquay went 1-0 up after a brilliant pass to Coen Briggs who finished brilliantly ,Truro youngsters played lovely football but never really looked like scoring and just had a few pot shots that Brodie Cole dealt with ,with ease .

This Newquay team will be challenging for the league next season they just need a good old  Centre Forward ,they have so many good youngsters coming through the club is in safe hands .

Tom Moxham was given Mom he was good but i would of given it to Josh Evans he covered every blade of grass and didnt give the young Truro players a chance to be on the ball for long and my Mom for Truro goes to there captain Jamie EDLIN he had a fine game .

The ref had a good game all the players behaved themselves ,i was looking forward to see Teddy Horton playing for Truro i was told he was a very good player but he wasnt there as far as i know .

Newquay got the big game on Wednesday and who knows they may spring a shock result wish i was going but dont want to drive back in the dark so will follow the game on Twitter . Well done Newquay for a very good season but next season about time some silver wear was put in the cabinet been a long time .

Well done to John Fabby and his fine young team they just need some old heads in the team to help them out . Ok thats that for another week next weekend Holsworthy and thats that then we get the pre season friendlies to look forward to i expect i will spend most of my time at Wadebridge watching there games hope Newquay get some decent friendlies how about Man UTD Legends match be a huge crowd like when Liverpool Legends came to town

Well done St Dennis that result will make an interesting finish at the bottom of the league as well as the top.

I see on the Peninsula Twitter account that Bude have been docked 4 points for playing an unegistered player and 3points awarded to Sticker their losing opponents.
If Bude have been docked 4 points why 4 when 3 points are the normal forfeit for the offence?

Does anyone know the answer to that conundrum .

I would hazard a guess that St Dennis will feel a little sick if they end up at the bottom because Sticker have been given 3 points

Why would St Dennis feel a little sick because Sticker had been given 3 points? Surely you miss the point? Bude cheated and deliberately played an unregistered player under a false name. They got off light didn't they?

No point missed because if Bude hadn't cheated, Sticker having lost would not have had the three points which would currently have left them below St Dennis and not above them, that was our point.

There's no issue with Bude having been desevedly deducted points, but why 4 points when 3 is the usual forfeit was the question, has anyone got an answer ?

Maybe 3 points is not the norm? Maybe the league could have deducted many more points given the concluded guilty charge?

The League can deduct up to 12 points for such an offence. Removing the 3 points for the win is the norm, an additional point on top may have been from an accepted guilty charge and first offence.

Rule 6.9 or something like that?

BODMIN TOWN 0 PENZANCE 1

A single Darryl Richards goal in the closing moments of the first half inched Penzance to a third consecutive away victory in an unenthralling, though nonetheless watchable, end of season match-up at sun-drenched Priory Park.
“We weren't at our best, but today was about another valuable three points,” conceded winning manager Ashley Waters. His charges are now unbeaten in five games away from their Penlee Park fortress, a run that extends back to the first weekend of November. “Yet again the shape of the team and work rate made us difficult to break down,” added the gaffer. “Will Trenoweth never had to make a save.”
The glove man’s recovery from a back nigglet that side-lined him from games against Launceston and Wadebridge was a major factor in the Magpies bossing the first half. Adam Lewis, on only his second start for the first eleven, set up Richards for an early shot that Akan George saved. The keeper then bravely smothered the ball at the feet of James Butler, and clawed away a Mark Vercesi header, as the visitors dominated. He was, however, finally beaten four minutes before the break. Vercesi picked out Richards with a fine through pass, and the latter waltzed around George to tuck the ball home.
Injury posed the biggest jeopardy to Penzance’s lead post-turnaround. A groin strain resulted in midfield anchor Kam Collins being hauled for youngster Ewan Trevains at the break. A shoulder injury then saw Tyler Tonkin withdrawn. James Butler briefly assumed from him the captain’s arm-band until he himself was replaced by Michael Fitchett for the final twenty minutes. The third Magpies skipper of the day was right-back Archie Reynolds – a fitting accolade to a player present for all sixteen away games this season.
Despite the upheaval, the Magpies also just about edged the second half. Put through by Ollie Butler, Lewis was denied a second goal in consecutive games by a fine George save. Vercesi was also thwarted – by a brave block by Joe Munday. “It was another stubborn performance from us defensively,” concluded Waters. “This was an impressive team effort to add to the highest Penzance points tally for 11 years. We move on to Tuesday night - the last game of the season - where hopefully the boys can put on a performance in front of a packed Penlee.”

Bodmin: Akan George, Dylan Peters, Tom McLachlan, Keelan England, Ollie Miller, Joe Skillicorn, Sam Eccleston, Louis Taylor (captain), Joe Munday, Noah Crump, Sam Cox. Subs: Henry Ellis, Will Elliott, Sonny Dover
Penzance: Will Trenoweth, Archie Reynolds, Alfie Turner (Gareth Ireson-Ward 81), Mark Vercesi, Liam Andrew, James Butler (Michael Fitchett 70), Ollie Butler, Kam Collins (Ewan Trevains 46), Tyler Tonkin (captain) (Silas Sullivan 51), Darryl Richards (Matt James 90), Adam Lewis
Referee: Tim Burley
Assistants: Jonathan Harris, Gavin Arnold

Camelford 0-2 Wendron

With Camelford playing out four draws in the last four games, they searched for three points against tough opposition in Wendron. Playing their final home game on the perfect-looking Trefew Park and Camelford's penultimate game of the season. As has been the pattern of late for Camelford, they were missing several regulars but, as always, reg was able to fielding a strong starting lineup, including club legend and former captain Dan Balsdon leading the line.

The first half was rather uneventful, with both teams having plenty of the ball and plenty of attacking play, but neither side creating many clear-cut chances. The best chance of the half did fall to Camelford, after a long ball forward eluded the Wendron backline, falling into the path of Cardiff, who, with just the keeper to beat, took his shot early but saw the ball sail over the bar. It was 0-0 at halftime, with an even game so far.

The game kicked into action within a minute of the second half. Wendron attacked down the left, leading to a deadly ball into the Camels' box. With the striker getting the first touch, directing the ball onto Chafer's hand, the Wendron striker was there to stab the ball into the net, but the ref had already blown for a penalty, and a penalty was awarded. Wendron skipper Palmer stepped up against Colwill in the Camelford goal and fired his penalty to the left, only to find Colwill diving the same way and getting his hand to it. It stayed 0-0.

The next 10 minutes saw Camelford as the better side, pushing Wendron back. With most of their play worked through the ever-present and reliable Hambly, who always keeps Camelford ticking over. However, similar to the previous four draws, Camelford was unable to create any real chances and kept falling short in the final third. Wendron managed to take the pressure off themselves by taking the lead against the run of play. A dangerous run and ball from the right side found Camelford defender Tom Crowe facing towards his own goal, trying to head the ball wide but only finding his own net. It was 1-0 to Wendron, and the wind well and truly taken out of Camelford's sails. Ten minutes later, Wendron had a chance to double their lead when Chafer again gave away another penalty. Palmer vs. Colwill 2.0. It was a copy and paste situation, with both choosing the same corner as the first penalty, resulting in the same outcome. It stayed 1-0.
However, Wendron did get their second goal not long later. Again, a dangerous cross from the right found the ball tangled in a trio of keeper, defender, and striker, and with a couple of touches from all three, unfortunately for the Camels, the last one coming off the striker, Reeve, and the ball trickled over the line. It was 2-0 to Wendron at full time.

There wasn’t a lot between the sides, but a little bit of extra quality in the Wendron attacks was the difference on the day. That being said, a mention to the Camels' defense - Chafer, Crowe, Metherell, and Wade - who have really limited the opposition's chances to score of late and have formed a great partnership throughout the season.

The man in the middle had a very good game, guiding both teams through the match and maintaining control throughout.

Would’ve taken a few days to collect the evidence and formalise the offence. Then the club get x amount of days to respond if they choose to do so. This goes back and forth a little. Even longer if there’s an appeal. Added up this does takes weeks rather than days. And the league imo do things the right way historically, so they’d want to get all their ducks in a row before publicising it and amending the league table etc.

The official line is : “Bude 4 made up of 3pts earnt for game in question plus 1 penalty point for using false name

Sticker awarded 3pts as no time to play again and Bude already completed season

Fine, maximum allowed under the tariff £60

Took a while as allegations made, collected, verified with 3rd party club player was registered for, Bude charged and given 14 days to respond, decision 2 days after 14 expired and tables changed next day.”

Thank you that answers the basic question asked about how Bude were deducted 4points.
