I did report it (possibly directly to you?) but it was 4? years ago. Not sure how many s/w updates you have had since then.

All my 3 devices are Apple.

I have had it on both Apple and on my laptop too (Windows Edge and Chrome).

Baldy I've tried to replicate the error but haven't been able to do it yet. 

I'll take a closer look at the settings.
