I think you will find that it is not the points that will kill clubs it is the Combo league fines associated with not fulfilling fixtures.  Just ask West Cornwall. Most clubs can battle on but they can't afford the fines.  The Trelawny League takes a different approach.

Lower the fines and it makes it more tempting for teams not to fulfil fixtures.

Nothing wrong with helping a club survive but there are implications.

I would fully support the league in what they have done. But.

Games not played are given as a win, but no goals awarded.

All games that have been played the result stands but all goals expunged.

Everyone is then treated the same, the club survives, and the end of season table is correct.

No one could argue with that approach Older, would support that proposal 100%

Older you get the wiser you get

Shame for West Cornwall , and hopefully  they can bounce back , Carharrack hope they can sort out their  problems  and continue  , hats of to everyone  at both clubs  , neither  decision  would have been taken lightly  , there by the grace of God could be your club one day ,  be it players , manager moving on , or commitee  retiring due  to age or ill health , let's hope local football  can rally around and hopefully  plan for the future  .

Carharrack started the season in the Sh*t and 6/7 months later they still are....

The manager and players vacated and it’s not going to be easy to replace....

Just pull out the league and try to sort out a team next season , and if the league allows you to sign on Tom **** and Harry to justify your existence in this league I think it is a joke as who are you going to sign on to cover your fixtures .

Be interesting to see who you sign as I believe you have over 50 already.

Well unfortunately for you I was never brought up to be a quitter and I was trained to be a fighter. I've seen the quitters now I've got to lead the fighters.
