Meaning 6.15k.o resulting in that callington could not make a team due to work commitments and personal reason for 2 of the players. another crazy decision to have a kick off at 6.15. knowing people do work. callington just managed to get a side together for there other quarter final tuesday against plymstock but 3 arriving late. seriously mad decisions atm ?? Struth ? these last few weeks will be interesting

sgowing4
I’d just like to add that all of the Looe players also have work commitments but were able to raise a side to play at “such an early kick off time”. Shame that a club like Callington with three sides were unable to get 11 players together for a cup quarter final, players clearly aren’t that keen for a game. Unknown20
I’m struggling to understand how Callington couldn’t raise a side, plenty of players throughout the whole club
Adlestrop
Consider this --Plymstock have to go to St.Dennis for a 6.30 Kick Off. Will they moan?-of course they won't. Callington to play a 1/4 Cup tie - Plymstock to play in a meaningless League game with nothing at stake. Callington to Looe - 20 miles Plymstock to St.Dennis AT LEAST 60 MILES !! This ridiculous end of season situation makes for Clubs to put in that bit of extra effort-if they are keen enough!
panda
Trouble is if they put any first team players in they would have been slagged off. Damned if you do Damned if you dont!!
Darin Morse
That's it in a nutshell panda. The priority must be to fulfil fixtures so all these confusing restrictions on player eligibility are just so unnecessary. Clubs should be able to pick who they like to play - if they're registered, they're eligible!
