MJP
Wendron start their preseason training at 6:30pm, Tuesday 1st July. We are being helped with the coaching by Bruce Rioch again this season. We are hoping to build on our second place league finish and our cups runs last season. The majority of last years squad are staying, and we are looking to add other good players for this campaign. If you are interested in coming to play at Wendron, or want to get involved in any capacity please do not hesitate to call me on 07887811554. Dave Deacon
Depends what you mean by "ever graced"? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think he's ever taken control of a side in the county. Although I appreciate that he can no doubt, with all his experience at the top level, help sides in their preparation.
leedsunited
No i dont think he has ever taken control but he has an affiliation with the club, i mean biggest name to be associated with a cornish club? The guy signed berkamp for arsenal & managed the likes of ian wright, tony adams etc.

Phil
Bruce Rioch obviously a well respected player and manager at the top of the football tree, but what others from the football league has setled down here after the big time. Kev miller for one and the only other I can think of atm is Gary Banister but don't know if he's still around?

MJP
I think only Chris, Nigel and Bruce have been to World Cup finals, out of the players mentioned!
