I know it's a good cause and that but does it really have to be posted on each forum? The reminders, the squads and now that a referee is needed.

Don't like having a gripe but sometimes it's too much.

Don't be daft, you have to advertise these events.

Read the first one, and just skip the headings on the other forums....simples.

Or post it once on the announcements forum and make sure it stays at the top.

Agree. Posting the same thing across multiple sub-forums is just spamming.

Sad lives dissing something that raises money for good causes and in memory of not just one of Cornwall’s greatest managers but also loved ones who have passed on if you don’t like it don’t read it takes time and effort to organise these events if you got a problem with me take it up with me not on here

Nobody is dissing the event. There is no better way to remember Cornwall's greatest football manager. Far from it. It's a great idea and would be good for it to become an annual event maybe. Two teams playing for the Trevor Mewton Cup and raising money for local charities or charities close to Trevor's heart.

Just griping about the fact that the same post is repeated on each sub-forum.

Well done to Weasle for getting all those players together, no easy task. Very competitive game as well, Argyle still showing their class on the ball pinging it around but Cornwall had about 7 subs rolling on and off and matched them for fitness. Nice hot day for the 100 or so spectators at Blazey, not the players though I should imagine! Cornwall showed some fighting spirit by equalising three times in the match in an entertaining 3-3 draw. Good to see some old legends of the past still out there playing the game they love. Maybe not as fit or quick as years gone by but they can still play no doubt. Nice to remember Trevor with a minutes applause before kick off and a few quid raised for charity, well done to all involved.
