Having just seen who the referee was for this game,firstly if he abandoned the game then that’s it no one can take the game over, it is then up to the committee to decide what happens next. I have watched this ref several times and in my opinion he is a very good referee,so that was a brave decision to make and he would have not made that decision without serious consideration.

Sorry penalty decision was spot on , I had a clear view and the Agnes attacker was given a two handed push.Also I was not the ref.

Not quite sure by your statement of at my level, I am sure you have no idea at what level I officiated at.

Darren, in all my years I have had players get onto me all the while, but in all honesty I have never been influenced in any way.

deancourt, perhaps it was how the players were behaving that required the ref to speak to them, I am sure that the ref didn`t want to keep stopping the game.

,In my job if I got it wrong I could easily have been responsible for the lives of up to 400 people in any given instance.

Like my job Darren only I think mine was far more responsible and no chance to go back and get it right, it had to be right first time plus I am also a referee.

Older they are not protecting the pitch, there is a St Pirans game on at Enys park at the same time.

Difficult as there is a St Pirans game on there. Plus Combo is grass root football.

Pitty, actually the pitch at Chivvy is not bad at all.

Drove by today and apart from the access road there doesn’t appear to be any activity.
