claret&blue
Is there any reason why teams that fail to fulfil fixtures in the St Pirans league are not deducted points?
baldy
There are plenty of examples of adjustments. There may be a time delay as each case may be analysed separately for overriding circumstances?

claret&blue
Just saw a couple of walkovers in the D2 east, one from September so just wondered what the ruling was as it can obviously affect teams going for promotion or trying avoid relegation . Steve Carpenter
Clubs can be and are being deducted points. A stepped approach is taken with incremental increases in the penalties applied on each occasion. This starts with the game being awarded and half the maximum fine for the first occasion up to a maximum deduction of 12 points (plus fine) the 6th time a team fails to fulfill a match. The fines for failing to fulfill a fixture are £25 then £50 for each game after that. The fine for withdrawal is £100.
