When it was rearranged from last week it was overlooked that it was already a week St Teath requested no game.

Jeff's Telling
Actual result Gunnislake 1-2 Torpoint Very scrappy game, bumpy pitch and strong wind. Unfortunately one red card each Torpoint fully merited their win, played the better footy throughout imo Byron10

AVFC4
St Minver 1-3 Foxhole Arguably deserved win for the visitors, wanted it more that’s for sure. Gracious winners, arguably not. Smashed windows in the away changing room and no show after the game for good measure. Waste of food and effort on our behalf for a side that are usually great guests. Darin Morse
Saturday 19th March 2022 St Minver 1 (Ed Green pen 86) Foxhole 3 (Bould 5, 7, 41) Benno Bould celebrated his return to first team action with a stunning hat-trick to secure his side a place in the final against Torpoint. The first came inside five minutes when Harry Boardman's free-kick from the half-way line was back-headed into the net, and the second arrived soon afterwards, Bould's speculative effort from distance deceiving Hurst. Cheshire, who enjoyed a fine game down the left and who seemed to relish combining with his recalled strike partner, almost made it three, but his lob was cleared from the line. The home team were always in the game, though, but their final ball was lacking, and the Foxhole rearguard stood firm even after Andrews limped off, Rickard slotting in alongside the commanding Coates, allowing the excellent Allen to join the fray. They were, though, indebted to May who did brilliantly to tip Wootton's fierce volley onto the bar, before Bould masterfully re-directed Jack Boardman's centre past a stranded Hurst. With the memory of their pitiful second-half capitulation in the league game at Trewint Lane last October still fresh, the Foxes knew they would have to dig deep and they stepped up to the plate magnificently. St Minver threw everything at them but May was rarely extended, his team defending in numbers and denying space to the tricky Kempthorne and Caddy. Cheshire may have made it four but his lob was smothered, while Dingle typified the spirit of his team-mates with non-stop running, his and Jack Boardman's ability to induce fouls successfully taking the sting out of proceedings. With time running out, Caddy was tripped by Olver for a clear penalty, which Ed Green converted despite slipping and scuffing his shot, but the white shirts were in no mood for late drama. Well played the super Foxes. Good luck to St Minver. Many thanks to Alan Howells. Foxhole (4-3-3): Stewart May; Ryan Wilkins (sub. Dan Olver), Tom Boardman, Angel Coates, Josh Andrews (sub. Nathan Allen); Harry Boardman (sub. Nadir Abdulkarim), Jack Boardman, Lee Rickard; Tyler Cheshire, Benno Bould, Jowan Dingle. St Minver: Ben Beesley, Josh Caddy, Sam Cleave, Joe Combellack, Toby Eddison, Ed Green, Ben Hurst, Michael Kempthorne, Jordan Stone, Callum Wilson, Steven Wootton. Subs: Rob Green, Jason Keatley, Jon May, Jordan Sleep.
dave bunt
Responding to St Minver, the window was smashed by accident whilst celebrating the win. One of our players is a window fitter & immediately offered to repair any damage. Unfortunately all the players where attending a surprise birthday party for one of the 2nd team boys & left straight after the game. No one came back to our own clubhouse either which was just as disappointing. May I take this opportunity to apologise to all involved at St Minver for any inconvenience caused, great team & very well run by all who are involved.
