playmaker10
Trispen 4-0 Sennen. Comfortable win in strong winds. Could have arguably been 8 or 9. Looked solid throughout and always a threat going forward. Scorers. Shane Weeks 2, Lewis Dodd 2. Starting to form a great partnership up top. Hamps
Gwinear 7-1 Storm, all credit for Storm who turned up with great attitude, after some loser decided to do donuts in their car on our pitch on Halloween night and do their their best to wreck it!!, Great attitude by all storm players and ref, who just wanted to play the game, credit to my players who gave 100%, special mention to JP and Byrno who for two dinasours were excellent today! cooplfc
Rame Peninsula (Div 4) 2-2 Padstow (Prem) Great performance from the home side coming back from 2-0 down at half time. Eventually lost 4-2 on pens but a great game to be involved in. Good luck to Padstow for the rest of the season.
ballsax
West Cornwall 4-0 Lizard Another decent performance against a tough Lizard side. Defended superbly first half against a stiff breeze, and took a 2-0 lead into half time. Second half and we took control, added to the lead and saw the game out, adding to our tally. Great performance all round, first half especially when Lizard were well on top for the first 20 minutes, but we weathered the storm, and improved as the game went on. Finally a clean sheet too that our performances over the past few weeks has warranted. All the best to Lizard for the season, good bunch who will be well in the mix in their league this season. Well reffed by George Pattinson too.

Webby191
St Minver 1-2 Edgcumbe A long way to travel for us for our first visit as a team to St Minver & we were happy to see a nice little pitch and set up. It was a great effort by both teams, St Minver's midfield is particularly strong but Edgcumbe deserved the win. St Minver never stopped working and neither did we. It was a pity their number 3, & whoever had their arm in a sling on the sideline embarrassed St Minver as a club, referee spoke to the number 3 a lot in the first half but it was his actions as lineman that were sad, I won't repeat the stuff he said, apparently according to another St Minver player he's racked up £80 in fines this season already, doesn't surprise me. As for the lad with an arm in a sling, throwing a punch at the Edgcumbe full back, what a sad sight to see. All because the full back, injuring himself and his momentum taking him off the pitch dragged himself back on, wrong yes, but the actions of these two individuals was quite sad & pathetic really, the manager was playing so don't see or hear any of it. However, other than these two idiots, the rest of the St Minver players and management were top lads, and we look forward to seeing them home and away in the league, thanks for the hospitality. Hopefully this win can kick us on in the league as our position doesn't reflect the ability of this squad. We lost our Captain to Torpoint early in the season, and new captain Oli Brooks only returned yesterday after 8 weeks out injured, it was great to have him back and his performance was outstanding. The first team took some key players early in the season and that's been a big loss for us also and we've really stuggled with having a recognised keeper every week, in fact one of our strikers played in goal for us yesterday. But we've hopefully settled now and hope to rectify our keeper situation as soon as possible and start winning some games in the league. Looking forward to the next round draw! Harry Pope
Carharrack 4-2 Mabe Credit to mabe for their performance yesterday. We were made to work hard for the win after going behind twice in the game. MOTM Ryan Stephens hatrick gave us a 3-2 lead and Nick Boase headed home from a Billy Williams corner to put us in the 3rd round. Good to see the stones in the hat too. Does anyone know when the 3rd round draw is?

greenarmy21
A good solid performance from Veryan against us and they deserved the win. They were a nice group of guys and I thought the referee was excellent. My particular thanks though goes to the bloke on the far touchline who kept running all game to retrieve the balls for the players as the strong wind and wild clearances made them go miles. I think he was just a local supporter but he made a big effort to keep the game flowing for everyone. Good luck to Veryan for the rest of the season.
