mikeb
This match has been called off, as Penryn have two players in the Cornwall youth team. Although they are entitled to postpone this game, surely they could have found two suitable replacements from there other teams to play a club who haven't a point to their credit this season. This only serves to cause pressure on the fixture list at the end of the season.
Phil Mitchell
i heard it was because steve owen said he didnt want to play tomorrow coz it was his only chance to stay in bed this week.
Guest WINNO
I think you will probably find that one of those players is there goalkeeper Richard Pennington. Bit different if you are without a keeper....
isaac rosenberg
Porthleven v St Just OFF. Waterlogged pitch at Gala Parc. If it was an SWPL match this could not have been decided till tomorrow. Two weeks ago when everybody else was off, Port's home Senior Cup game against Truro was on. Funny old climate down in Vidal'n'Roberts country. :D

mikeb
Re Porthleven v St Just off. Have Ludgvan played either of these sides at home? If not there would have been an oportunity for a game.
cornishteddyboy
Ludgvan have to play both teams at home yet. It was too late to re-arrange a game with only a couple of days notice. I suppose St Just could have gone down to Fairfield as they were going to play away at Porthleven so all they would need to do is divert onto the A30 instead of A390. Mind you Mr Roberts probably thought it was easier to cancel than face the wrath of Rodney about late fixture changes.
kevin richards
Not for the first time in your life Rodney, you have opened your mouth before you know the facts ! However, as you are just a mear supporter of St Just & no longer a committee member, there is no reason for you to know the real reason why this game was cancelled ! & im not going to tell you !!!!
