Mike Odgers
This season there was a record 777 applicants for the F A cup with 762 acceptances-therefor 15 disappointed clubs Were Plymouth Parkway rejected or didn't they apply? Also one club has been removed from the competition by th F.A. Brierley Hill have wound up because their main funder (chairman Stephen Lea) has resigned. Just looked in on the SWPL forum and the question has been explained Plymouth Parkway rejected because of ground requirements Also the same reason for Holsworthy for the F A Vase Cullompton Rangers rejected for the F A Cup because of their lowly league position last season!! Paul
How can league positions be what decides if you can enter the F.A cup or not?? As for Parkway, I can only assume, it was something to do with how the players can enter the field of play as you have to have some kind of segregation from fans. I believe thats why St Blazey had the covered frame put in place from changing rooms to the pitch.
St Darren
Nancegollan wouldn't have got in then?
Guest Postie Pidge
Cullompton weren't relegated and are in the same division as Falmouth, Bodmin, Blazey et al. Assuming that their relegation had happened is that why they are step 7?
Guest
It does seem rather odd that Plymouth Parkway could be drawn against the same club in both competitions but one rule says they can play and the other not. What about the Devon St Lukes cup where they could be playing professional sides such as Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City. What is the difference? I can understand the reasoning for players having a long walk from the changing rooms to the field with the rails only going so far. Does anyone know the currrent status of building the new clubshouse/changing rooms? Its just like a pitch must have at least a rope surrounding it. What difference will that make if a spectator wants to smack a player or vice versa. Anyone know the answer between the requirements of the FA Cup and FA Vase? hedgerow
Well bully for St Blazey, its fine having a tunnel from the pitch to the changing rooms but it still does not stop supporters giving opposing players verbal abuse.

Well played chaps, have a good game gents, mind as you go!!! Bollocks, they're your opponents and they'll expect a bit of stick, jesus, you think its bad at St Blazey, go down Nancegollan and play, try St Keverne, or New Park Rangers (when they were called something else), if you got a bit of verbal abuse there then you got away lightly.
