Richard Rundle
From looking at the Duchy League website, all the fixtures on this day are shown as 11:00am kick-offs, With the Cup Final due to be a 5:15pm game, surely not all the games will be morning k-o's, will they? Woodmanaldo
Some clubs I'm sure will want to kick off early, this will then give them plenty of time to play the game, go for food/refreshments after the game and then get back to watch the game. St Newlyn East AFC
I'm not sure if the league realised the FA Cup was a 5.15ko when the fixtures were issued. To their credit the league are being flexible and letting clubs move kick-off times if both clubs are in agreement. We were due to travel to Calstock for an 11am KO meaning we would have had to leave at 9ish (god knows I need my beauty sleep) but Calstock have kindly agreed to move it back to 1.00pm which suits both clubs. Mangle
Newlyn NA are scheduled at Newquay away! Possibly our longest trip of the year. Perhaps a 13.00 hrs kick-off time would be appropriate?

Richard Rundle
Further to the above, where are Gunnislake playing this season? At Gunnislake or at Stoke Climsland? Either way, a double of the Gunnislake v Torpoint and Calstock v St Newlyn East matches looks just about possible.

MEX
Dont think Gunnislake have used Stoke Climsland pitch for two seasons. Have played home games at St Anns Chapels pitch when their home ground has been unplayable. Hope this is correct.
peths7
yer gunnislake play at st anns chapel when there 1st team pitch is waterlogged, lamerton have got probus sat at 11am means we have to meet at 9am, surely they could have put fixture at 12 or 1. Mr motivator
fal athletic vs penryn is now a 1.30 kick off Will be watching this one I'm sure it will be a very tasty affair. Lots of hard tackles, and hopefully a good derby. Do athletic need to win to win the league?
natogreenvanman
Athletic need 4 pts to be guaranteed trelawney 3 champions, 2 games against penryn as well for them left.
Richard Rundle
Thanks all for the information above. Managed to get the Gunnislake and Calstock games in - just! No thanks to the ref in the first game who kicked off 9 minutes late - both teams were ready for the 11:00am kick-off, yet he ambled to the pitch after 5 past then proceeded to give separate briefings to the linesmen and generally faff around for another couple of minutes! Needed a bit of a speedy exit at the end and thanks to Tom Tom for the quickest route to the Calstock pitch!
