Dave Deacon
City take the lead through another assist by Martin. This time he sets up the other Brown, Marvin, who slips it past the opposing 'keeper

Mike Odgers
It may have been the last City visit to Pennydarren Park for some time. Merthyr Tydfill F.C. already in administration and a new buyer looking unlikely could be liqidated by the end of the month. The club now run by the Merthyr Tydfill Football Supporters Trust fear they could be playing at least two leagues lower next season -either Western or Hellenic League. By forming a new club another scenerio could be the Welsh FA insisting they play in the League of Wales Pyrimid a decision the supporters will not take kindly to.
