Parkway due to play Saturday and Tuesday home then Truro Saturday and Tuesday.  You have to worry about that pitch . Must be hoping some dry weather appears else it going to start to get really busy on there .

Parkway and Truro have 4 home matches each scheduled for January. Cannot see any way that they'll all get played. Still 26 home league matches to be played in the remaining 17 weeks of the season between them, looks like March and April are going to be chaotic months for the Bolitho Park groundstaff.

Surely there will come a point where they're going to be having to relocate some of the matches to Plainmoor or Ian Moorcroft Stadium? No way that pitch is getting through 26 matches between now and 20th April (last weekend of the NLS/SLPS season) - especially not with more postponements guaranteed in Jan/Feb.

Switching the upcoming St Lukes tie against Willand away from Bolitho looks like a very wise decision.

Same comments every year. Matches always get completed.

Yes, one way or another, they get played. But is playing Sat- Tues-Thurs- Sat (or worse), good for the credibility of the league and general well being of the players (who mostly have full time jobs on top of these expectations)? It becomes solely about getting fixtures completed.

I remember what Parkway looked like in the final away game of last season after their punishing April schedule. Round pegs in square holes, a few obviously playing injured and others running on empty.

It's Parkway's choice to share pitches isn't it, or are they forced to do it?

Their decision. Looks like, if everything goes to plan regarding the new ground in Truro, this will be the last season of this arrangement. Totally understand the reasons and motivation for it happening, but it's not good for either Parkway or City now.

I assume it has been good  for Parkway's bank balance though.   I wonder if they have benefited from some additional funding from Truro too to get the ground to National League standard.

Sounds like a good long-term strategy if so.

Money talks, so they'll get the matches completed,  which my original comment stated.

Another parkway game off tonight.
You have to wonder if they would got the game on tonight if the pitch then had week to recover.  If Truro mange to play on it Saturday  and wreak it. it just highlights how stupid this arrangement is really.
