Duty281
:clapper: Where are the haters now? Well done Truro and they're home next Saturday to Sutton - for £10 it's a bargain!

cornishteddyboy
We will tell you time and time again. No problems with the team or supporters, it was just the way the boss went about climbing the leagues. Many good people fell by the wayside with the "My way or No way" attitude, plus when he is rolling in it from this Plymouth development will he pay what he owes the local firms? No.
Dave Deacon
cornishteddyboy - I'm afraid your obvious dislike towards Mr Heaney is getting somewhat tiresome. Why don't we just stick to the football topics and forget about continually bringing up personal issues. As Administrators and Moderators alike we try and protect 3rd parties as much as we can on this Forum from personal attack.
Smithy
Boreham Wood...Lush pitch! Home of ARSENAL LADIES!!! Saw them lift the Womens UEFA Cup there a couple of seasons ago Is there likely to be a better pitch to play on in that league?

MOUNTAINEER
Smithy, Yes it was a lush surface, it may not have been all that great to play on, only the players could answer that, the grass IMO was long and dense, that may have contributed to quite a number of players slipping and sliding when least expected, the groundsman had done a wonderful job, we commented on that at the time, I just wonder if such a lush surface could be strength sapping. - Bet they would like it at Old Trafford. Is there likely to be a better pitch to play on in that league >>>>>>>>> Answer has to be NO.
MOUNTAINEER
Yesterday I had an email from the Facility Manager at Boreham Wood praising the Truro City travelling supporters, I have put it on Tiger Talk, nice to see after years on the road the fans behaviour is still a credit to the Football Club and a good advert for the County. Well done fellow supporters :clapper:
