David Bray
Congratulations to St.Tudy FC Under 16's who overcame Truro City Under 16's at Mount Wise today. St.Tudy's 2 - 1 victory saw the club inscribed for the first time on this prestigious trophy. A large crowd mainly from St.Tudy witnessed a very competitive match which was settled in the dying minutes via a deflected own goal. Sad that none of the Truro City hierarchy were there to support their managers and the players. ;)
Guest Dermot
Great game of football at Mount Wise today, the pitch was in great condition, also very well Reffed by Paul Mimms and his team. St Tudy always seemed to be on top and the more attacking team, good sized crowd and as David said mostly from St Tudy, proud day for Francis and both teams were a credit to Cornish Youth football. ;0) :c:

allforone1889
Must say very disappointed with Mr.Bray's comments about Truro's officials who have always supported the Youth of the club, unfortunatly the Chairman and Secretary were out of the County at events booked months ago. Both Mr.Heaney and Mr.Webb have clocked up over 18,000 miles for the club over this season and although they would of loved to of attended surely there families too should be put first sometimes the first chance they had they took. Truro City are very proud of their Youth teams and are excited at the prospect that the set up will be even stronger then before next season. Dave Deacon
What was the game like Robin? We haven't really heard too much about the action on the park.
allforone1889
There is a report on our youth section Dave didn't want to post it here because someone might be compiling a neutral report.
Dave Deacon
I don't think any neutrals would have gone to watch it! :D
