    Duchy League - Saturday 3 November 2018

Great game at Goverseth Park, Foxhole three down at half time, lay siege to the St.Dennis goal in the second period and scored no less than five in reply. Well refereed by Paul Cackett. Darren will be happy, a win for the Foxes and the Black Cats all in the same afternoon.

    Cornwall Sunday league!

What Phil and the team at the County Office are keen to know as to what Trophies have been on offer to the clubs in the Sunday League Football over the years, and just where these various trophies are at the present time. It would be ideal to get them all back at the County Office and to value for insurance purposes. Again anyone that can shed any light on the whereabouts of such trophies give Phil a call on 01208 269010.

I understand following my discussions with Phil Cardew (earlier) that there is really positive news regarding the immediate future of the Cornwall Sunday League. An official statement will be published soon.

    Cornwall Sunday league!

You may well read during the day some positive news for the season ahead. The reason that the league has not got going is quite simple, up until last night's meeting there has been no one willing to step forward and take on the responsibility of becoming the League's Chairman, Secretaty or Treasurer.
  18. 'Town' should get a 300+ gate. Top three attendances in Peninsula Prem so far this season. 308 AFC St.Austell v Plymouth Argyle 278 AFC St.Austell v Falmouth Town. 260 AFC St.Austell v Helston Athletic.
  19. Mike.

Would you have a clue of the Charity Cup Semi Final result of the tie played in April 1973 between Newquay & St.Austell.  The tie was won by Newquay, however the St.Austell President is endeavouring to put the actual score to the result.  I have left a message for Stuart Lenton to ring as he played in the fixture, however i thought i would try you as well.
