Railwayman in Exile
Why is that Gary, that means Mousehole travel? Hard to understand when it's dry here in the New Forest and little or no rain scheduled. Even more confusing, Bashley twitter announced game on through Mousehole WhatsApp, no mention of further pitch inspection.
Gary Hocking
Our coach left at 7:45 this morning. I was surprised by the content of Bashley’s 09:18 tweet but nevertheless the official position is that the match referee will inspect the pitch on his scheduled arrival at the ground at 1:30pm. Railwayman in Exile
Thanks Gary, relying on Mousehole WhatsApp as internet is poor here. Can't believe it can't be organised to stop Mousehole travelling.

Really desperate now. I make it 17 games in the 39 days remaining of the league season (including fixture for Tues 19th March). The weather forecast for Plymouth next week only has 1 dry day, but fingers crossed that they can get the game on for the visit of Winchester on Thursday. cornishteddyboy
Can they not use a lower graded ground but have no spectators present as half the grading is for spectator's comfort or safety? Say at Millbrook or Torpoint.

Say at Millbrook or Torpoint. It was mentioned on the podcast this week about whether it's an option for both Parkway and Truro to play "behind closed doors" (no spectators) on a non step 2/3 ground graded 3G surface. The general consensus is ,"no idea, we're in uncharted territory here."
sportsman10
Reading the club statement it seems Tavistock offered their pitch as an alternative. But it seems it’s the Fa dictating the rules. I still think coach road behind closed doors must be a serious option to clear a few off.
