For a team with the attacking resources of Truro, my god they're grinding out the 1-0's - a fantastic sign, although I think WSM are on a different level to the rest this season.

I think you're right about Weston-super-Mare.  They were in the Cup today and beat Helston 7 - 2.

A creditable away 1-1 draw today in the Cup for Parkway against Oxford City.

Back to Bolitho on Tuesday night for the third successive replay in the FA Cup this season.  Parkway came within minutes of a causing an upset after substitute Jack Crago's late 25 yard screamer was cancelled out in stoppage time. Backs to the wall display with City enjoying the majority of possession, and Lee Hobbs sounded slightly disappointed that they didn't take one or two other chances to seal the result. A big positive though is that, in the last two matches, the flow of second half goals conceded has been stemmed.

Only 6 goals conceded in the first 10 league games is a marked contrast to last season. Add this to the potent forward line, and it makes you real contenders.

Last season we were conceding a lot of late equalizers and 'losers'. This season its been the other way around.

I don't follow the football close enough to know but have WSM had a lot of money pumped into them. A couple of the names on their books ring a bell. Reuben Reid in particular.

Weston have got ambitions well beyond the Southern League. Plans approved to redevelop and improve ground, which will be financed by the building of new apartments overlooking it. They are very well placed geographically being near Bristol, just off the M5 and M4 corridor.

My parents live there so been down to the ground a few times, but since moving away lost touch of developments. A good season for Truro to get up either through playoffs or somehow beating them to promotion. I'm predicting Chesham and Swindon S to eventually be the other sides right up the top.

Good Plymouth connection with ex-Argyle Academy Klaidi Lolos in the Oxford line up as well.

Parkway home Tuesday unfortunately the same night argyle are playing Sheffield Wednesday at home park so I expect there will be  not as good a crowd as expected unfortunately. ( I myself will be at home park as well  ). 
still a massive chance to progress to the next round.

Not quite 3 successive WOTP but almost. Replay with Didcot in the 1RQ and now Oxford City in the 3RQ with a 3-2 win at North Leigh squeezed in between in the 2RQ with Ben Seymour getting a 93rd minute winner after being 2-0 down at half time.
