With the current government restrictions on gatherings over 30, spectators would not be allowed. The FA are requesting an earlier relaxation of that regulation than 1st October announced by Boris this week. She says that an out of control epidemic, combined with a chaotic and crazed President, mixed in with ongoing civil unrest, makes the USA feel like it is spiralling towards disaster.
