SuperCooper
I hope the league doesn't come down to goal difference, just say if St Austell was contesting for the top spot with Parkway who have just gained +10 goals last night against Bovey and because they couldn't raise a team against St Austell it was recorded as 0-0 home win!!!!!!! There is a long way to go mind!!!!
baldy
Bovey can fail to raise a team against Newquay on Jan 10th if they want. We won't object.

There is a long way to go mind!!!! I totally agree Lea. I said this at the time that the match was cancelled , it was unfair to record a 0-0 score as it would deny us goals and allow other teams an advantage which could be important at the end of the season. Very unsatisfactory.

Not wanting to sound arrogant, we probably would have, although it would've have been a bit sad playing a scrstch team.
PUGWASH
I think Bodmin will have something to say about that.

SuperCooper
I think Bodmin will have something to say about that. They probably will I was just using Parkway as an example as they put 10 past Bovey. I'm sure Saltash will be in the mix as well. Looking like it will be a good battle for the title this season with potentially 6 teams in my opinion that could win the league.

Outsider
Why can't the St. Austell game be rearranged for a later date? There is plenty of time yet and at least there would be an actual score to record, as it is not fair to award St. Austell a nil score or even a 10 goal score. Perhaps Bovey might have won the game! Who Knows.

SteveM
That Parkway goal difference should be a bit more bearable for St Austell now...
