slummer
Just to correct you there Somersetspur. This is Truro's 3rd Championship running. When they got promoted out of the South Western league a few seasons ago to the Western league they got promoted as runners up to St. Blazey. Big question now is can Truro make it 5 promotions in a row? How much of a step up is it to the Southern League Premier division?
Mike Odgers
If Truro get promoted from the SL Premier next season it will equal the record of Slimbridge F.C(Gloucestershire) who gained 5 successive promotions in 2003 to the Hellenic League Premier-Step 5. Also Silsden FC (Yorkshire) did likewise in 2004 -gaining 5 promotions to the NW Counties League. Since then they been promoted to the Premier Division -Step
