ArseneWanger Posted April 20, 2023 Report Share Posted April 20, 2023 A close, entertaining game played at a cut (at last) Nancegollan this evening. Nothing between the sides all game. A through ball from the home side and a miskick from the culdrose keeper resulted in Alex Andru tapping home. Sam Charlton gave away a penalty with 10 minutes to go, however it was blazed over the bar and into Leedstown pub. Thank god we went there after the game to retrieve it! Credit to the airmen, a few tidy players which on another day could’ve punished the canaries indefinitely. Special mention to the referee this evening, a difficult game to control but done very well and took the players health seriously and talked throughout the game.
