That was an absolute stone wall penalty for millbrook. How has the ref not even given it.

I spoke to MIllbrook's manager, Macca Brown after the game and he was not happy about the first incident that could have led to a penalty. I assured him that I would feature both claims for a penalty in my highlights package.  I didn't think it was a second penalty in the second half. Thought the MIllbrook player went down too easily and that is the problem for referees. Players are very theatrical if they are going through on goal and feel a gentle tug by the last man (viz. Salisbury v Truro City) or players square up and there is a potential head butt. It annoys me. I never enjoyed refereeing matches at school and ending up refusing to do so in the end. I guess it doesn't help the referee's cause having someone with a video camera or many as we have  at the pro level. That's how we ended up with VAR.
