Dave Deacon
The County FA are keen to hear from all clubs : Cornwall FA want to understand more about what clubs and areas in Cornwall do and do not have access to a defibrillator so we can support more clubs and areas in providing them. To help this research please complete the Cornwall FA Defibrillator Questionnaire. Click on this link

Ian Pethick
My opinion, for what it's worth, is that the availability of a defibrilator and a member of a club trained to use one, should be part of the ground grading process. Why can't it be a minimum requirement at Combo/ECPL levels and above where, in theory, there is a permanent storage location available? All other levels of organised football, and at all ages, should be encouraged and grants given for their purchase. These things save lives, especially in rural areas where a paramedic could take an extra few crucial minutes to arrive. RAPPO
Steve Carpenter
For clubs wo don't have access to a defibrillator, and even those that do, there's a Sudden Cardiac Arrest course currently on the Boot Room which can be found here: https://thebootroom.thefa.com/learning/qualifications/medical-courses Got to be worth having a couple of people from each team completing this as well.
