GaryGoggs10
How do you become eligible for this team? Do you have to play in cornwall or born in cornwall? surprised not to see a couple more Helston players in (Matt bye, Billy Tucker). And only one player from the Toolstation west league, surely Plymouth parkway and Tavistock have more Cornish players in their squads.
Dave Deacon
Both born in Cornwall and playing for a Cornish FA affiliated side are fine. There’s already three Helston players in it! Good opportunity to spread it around a little.
Bruegel the Elder
Saltash Utd 4 - Helston Athletic 3 Falmouth Town 3 - St. Austell 3 Mousehole 2 - Millbrook 1 Camelford 1 - Tavistock 1 Rest of the SWPL/Western League 0 Small pond of players, management didn’t cast their net far! Dave Deacon
We have this argument every rep side that is chosen! 8 different clubs for a squad of 18 not bad I reckon. The idea is to win the game even though a friendly - so who for example should have been in the squad from the likes of Godolphin, Sticker, St Dennis etc etc Here’s my effort from a week or so ago purely in trying to choose a squad spreading it out a little and with 2 more players chosen still only nine clubs! Jason Chapman Toby Chapman Dave Barker Billy Curtis James Ward Joe Cooper Martin Giles Tom Chambers Zach Brokenshire-Smith Will Tinsley Jake Miller Kian Burns Neil Slateford David Broglino Jarryd Woods Jack Bray-Evans Luke Brabyn Mark Goldsworthy Hayden Turner Ryan Richards Sam Hughes 12 minutes ago, Bruegel the Elder said: management didn’t cast their net far! Given that Tavistock are away to Roman Glass on Wednesday, would be surprised if Jordan Annear played a full match.

Ian Pethick
Looks like a pretty strong squad to me. Know not all the players are Cornish born, and might not necessarily qualify, but it looks like a stronger group than the recent Kernow squads. As this is for a friendly fixture, what competition is it being used as preparation for?

Dave Deacon
Finished 4-1 to Cornwall. Three of the goals in opening 15 minutes from Bakayoko, Richards and Slateford. Thankfully as a spectacle the goals dried up until well into second half. Navy scored and then Richards got another one for Cornwall's fourth all but the next attack! Crowd of about 156 I think
