Had a chat with Roy Carter at Torpoint and saw Colin Chegwyn at Launceston and Bodmin

FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round

Penzance 0-3 Falmouth Town

Crowd 1800

Falmouth brought 3 coachloads of supporters to the match. I was 21 and drunk and got chucked out for fighting along with a few others. Spent half the match insulting Falmouth supporters from the car park!

Trouble before and after the match all over Pz. We all hated Falmouth then. Thank goodness we mellow. What a day.

Can't recall who didn't play but remember playing at left back myself: at a guess, I would think it was Paul Gazzard who was the unlucky one.

Wouldn't it be great to get the same number through the gates today?!
