trh84 Posted September 6, 2018 Report Share Posted September 6, 2018 Storm 1 - 4 Wendron 4ths Feel like we missed a trick on this one, a really good first half performance from us and definitely had the opportunity to push on and win it. Best performance from us all season by a county mile. Both teams had good periods of possession, lapses of concentration led to a couple of goals and a shot/cross looping over our keeper wasn't ideal. Our goal coming from Adam Le Grange who was brilliant on the night and didn't stop running and chasing all game which ultimately led to him catching a short back pass to slot home. The performances are coming though and we are noticeably improving, not the right platform for a personal rant but there were definitely some key refereeing decisions which I would class as 'suspect' and didn't help us at all especially for their first goal, but its happened and we move on.
