MOUNTAINEER
A depleted Truro City failed to sparkle until the final 5 minutes, 0-0 draws are not the most exciting, a long trip alone to witness a lacklustre game in the heat, with the lush surfaces of the Conference South nowhere near City found if hard at times to master the bouncing ball on a pitch where the council failed to cut the grass or mark out the pitch, about 60 plus Truro fans, NO BEER because there were not enough glasses, I could have murdered a pint, had to wait until I got home at 9.10pm. Tuesday will see Barry McConnell and Barry Hayles returning from suspension, both are needed to put the fizz back into the Truro City bottle, Dan Smith is likely to be starting his one match ban, let's hope some of the walking wounded will return, ALL would be nice from, Steve Adams, Jake Ash and Marcus Martin. It just goes to show how far the club has come, since Mr Heaney got involved we have moved from 2 levels below Bournemouth FC to 3 levels above them. Bournemouth FC's only other Cornish Opponents. 2002-03 FA Cup 1st Qual Rd - St Blazey 1 Bournemouth FC
MOUNTAINEER
We must not forget Bodmin Town's great comeback to Draw, scoring in the 3rd minute of time added on if what I heard on the grapevine was true about the timing of the goal. Yate Town 1 Bodmin Town 1 Well Done

Goldeneye
If Truro beat Bournmouth they will play Gloucester City away in the next round. I believe Gloucester City's nickname is 'The Tigers'!!
