A lot of the teams folding were from not enough time to play fixtures due to weather then expected to play 3 games a week. Maybe start the season 3/4 weeks early. Anymore than top 4 from a league going up is pointless. Maybe make Combo & Prem same size leagues. But on the other hand maybe Divison 4 needs to be a slightly bigger league to make the new sides entering league they can show commitment to fixtures. Defo need to start slightly earlier if possibly but it’s tricky as pitches can be to hard.
