Mark Jones
Falmouth chased every ball and played well as a team. Very promising start for new Town boss Andy Bowker, who was absent tonight as on holiday. Glen Squires was also absent due to holiday. It seems the team have a more local, youthful base which can only be healthy for local football. Best of luck for the new season Falmouth. :clapper:
Quiet Man
The hard work shown by the players on the pitch this evening made all the hard work put in by small but hard woking team that got the ground ready all worth while. Thank you everyone for all your efforts and thank you players for raising a few eyebrows and sending some of the doubters away rather surprised. One swallow doesn't make a summer so keep up the hard work, but it was very refreshing to see a team of mostly local lads play so well together. Keep it up! allforone1889
Indeed a great result Andy Bowker is a top bloke and I'm sure he will get the local lads playing to their full potential.

r_and_l
what was the falmouth team???????? Did dave rawlings play???????
Mike Odgers
I thought Dave Rawlings had a great game at the heart of the defence considering the number of corners conceded and in a back four playing together for the first time, Lineup on the other Falmouth v Team Bath post. Suzie Chow
Great to watch what appeared to be a very relaxed and effective side. Andy and Wayne have done a great job in the teams preparation thats for sure ! There was a great atmosphere about the place and everyone worked together in ensuring both teams were made to feel welcome. Everyone involved should be proud to be part of Falmouth Town. May it long continue.
snake
If we can keep Mike and Matt playing together up front, and with Glen to come back too I would imagine we have a strike force as good as any other in the league
