After reading the above post,s I feel it is time to step in and put everyone straight!

Jake Harvey had an agreement with div 1 manager Roy, that at the end of season 2007/08. ALL monies owed to Fal Ath from seasons prior to last season would be paid by Roy. However ALL fines and subs must be paid by Jake himself for the season 2007/08. This agreement was between Roy and Jake and had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with me, and as you can see from above postings Jake has no problems with Roy whatsoever, and should honour his side of the agreement.Jake was sent off at St Keverne in the 1st round of the junior cup, also Jake was sent off against Mousehole in the latter part of the season in the league. Jake has recieved 3 bookings this season in various games. On top of this the CCFA charged Jake further for being sent off in 2 different games in the same season. I am NOT responsible for the collection of subs. All paperwork has been sent with payment to the CCFA with a letter confirming non payment by the player involved.Last season Fal Ath made payments to Fal Albion and Fal Town and Chacewater regarding players debts, also the same 3 clubs honoured debts owed to Falmouth ath from players leaving, Fal Town and Fal Ath also exchanged debts of players only yesterday. So I would say the same rules applies to EVERYONE,even to Elia who obviously knows very little about the subject. No need to make replies to this posting as you all have the facts

Hi Speedy,

It's better that you settle this one a.s.a.p. because the new season is about to start and it would be daft if you miss the whole season because of this disagreement.

Sounds to me like you still owe money Speedy. I'm only trying to mediate from a distance

CCFA and the relevant club will have invoices and receipts for all fines paid and for whom they were issued for. They are entitled to ask you for the money and the FA will support the club on this issue.

The club are entitled to have their money back from you for the fines but the subscriptions etc are an internal club matter which you will have to rectify internally. I'm sure they will be prepared to make a compromise and either get you back or get something for releasing you.

Back and forth arguments on this site are great entertainment for the rest of us but you will need to go directly to the club if you want all this stuff resolved.

Hope I've been of help.

My last posting on this subject!

I DO NOT need to come on here and slag you off Jake, you are a very talented idividual, and you can call me what you like.

The sending offs and cautions above are quite correct you know when and where you were sent off, On match days I have a referee to pay teamsheets to fill out and results to ring in, kit to pick up, and balls to collect, corner flags to bring in and changing rooms to lock. Players should come up to me or Roy and pay the fines that they know they have recieved.

However because of the above postings I have stepped down as a player, and it will be someone else,s problem. I am now just the secretary, and all information will come through Roy and all payments to the treasurer, and i hope everyone has a good a season as last year!

DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU GET SENT OFF FOR!!!

ONE OF MINE GOT A HUGE SUSPENSION AND AN UNBELIEVABLE FINE.

SOMETIMES THE SENDING OFF OFFENSES, SUCH AS SWEARING AT REFEREE OR KNOCKING SOMEONE OUT, CAN COME WITH REALLY HEAVY FINES. IN ADDITION, THE FA COME DOWN INCREDIBLY HARD ON OFFENDERS WHO REFUSE TO LEAVE WHEN SENT OFF OR HAVE A BIT OF "AFTERS" IN THE CHANGING ROOMS OR CLUBHOUSE.

THE OFFENCES THAT INCLUDE DISRIPUTE CHARGES ALWAYS COME WITH HEAVY PENALTIES. IF THE CLUB IS ALSO FINED DUE TO BEHAVIOUR OF AN INDIVIDUAL THEN THE CLUB CAN ALSO PASS THAT ONE ON TO THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED IF THEY WISH.

REPETETIVE SENDING OFFS AND ACCUMULATIVE :SM_carton: CAUTIONS COME WITH EXTRA HEAVY PENALTIES :SM_carton_y:

you havent once denied it or said otherwise....

if you just apologise it will be forgotten but your not even honest enough to own up and say what you did was wrong

i think you'l find you would look alot better if you just owned up??

thats not too much to ask is it.....

Maybe he will apologise when you pay ur money for 07/08 which everyone else seems to think you owe as you were wiped clean for a fresh start season just gone. I think its clear its not just the clubs fault!
