Buggzy Posted August 3, 2023 Report Share Posted August 3, 2023 slow start from liskeard last night and couldn’t brake st dennis down but the 2nd half was a completely different story, dominated all of it and could of scored more. young finn bartlett looked very good for liskeard when coming on. Must of been the stern words they received half time cos they come out quick n had 4 goals in about 10/15 minutes but st Dennis gave a good account of them selves first half, decent crowd as well in attendance. First half went better for St Dennis than any of us expected, especially helped by an own goal and then a rasper from Sleeman. However I think all but the staunch St Dennis supporter in the ground was expecting Liskeard to get at them early in the second half and once the equaliser went in, there was only going to be one winner. Talking to Jack afterwards, he sounds hopeful with some other players to come back into the squad and so it’ll be interesting to see how you get on Dave over the next couple of games.
