There are a few things to consider here.  Firstly, Whole Game is off line from 1st to 5th of June.  When it comes back on line on 6th and assuming there aren't any problems those clubs and teams that aren't currently in the St Piran League have to be moved over.  Also, club affiliation doesn't open until 12th June.  Registering players before your club is affiliated is I am told possible but given recent experiences of FA system updates and roll overs I would not recommend doing any until affiliation opens which would allow time for any bugs to be fixed.

Integration of Whole Game and Full-Time can't take place until after the AGM when the final composition of the divisions is known and that can take the system down for anything from a few hours to a few days.  The AGM is scheduled for 26th June subject to confirmation from the venue which should be imminent.

Whole Game is off-line again between 1st and 5th July.

The bottom line is that you can register players once Whole Game is up and running again early next month but there may be an element of risk in the first few days.  There will be a pause for integration after the AGM and another in the first week of July.

This applies to all clubs so the current St Piran members have no time advantage in registering players.

It's also worth pointing out at this stage that the preference is for registrations to be submitted with on-line consent.  Off-line will only be accepted with the written consent of the player.
