Yes there will be one Dave and only this morning I've had discussions on the practicalities of how it can be done with a league of this size. All clubs are entitled to have two members attend and yes they will have a vote on all of those matters needing one including the committee members. Following on from my chats this morning further discussions will take place at tonight's Committee meeting after which we should have a plan. It's also important to note that anybody can put themselves forward to serve on the committee.
