Although at this level any club should welcome someone taking the reigns for this period, it's hard to find someone willing to stick things out through the tough times and the good!! Too many times club bring someone in hoping for a quick fix only to see it completely ruin a club, and in some cases lead to the demise of the club as a whole!!!!
