Argyle Fan
How come Salisbury have been allowed to bring forward their final game? There was a big fuss about Truro's last game clashing with the Cornwall Senior Cup Final and the Southern League's argument was that eveyone had to play their last game at the same time on the same day. In the event this may work to Truro's favour as they will know what they need from the Weymouth game.
Dave Deacon
Salisbury haven't brought their game forward. It's no longer a fixture as they should have had Windsor & Eton. They're no longer in the league. At least Truro will know what they have to do now on Easter Monday - that is as far as Salisbury in concerned! :)
Medium Steak
Salisbury haven't brought their game forward. It's no longer a fixture as they should have had Windsor & Eton. They're no longer in the league. At least Truro will know what they have to do now on Easter Monday - that is as far as Salisbury in concerned! Could this mean that with the Easter Monday game being a potential title decider, that all the crowds will be heading for Truro instead of the usual senior cup pilgrimage? If this is the case, the CCFA may not even break even for the day !!
Dave Deacon
the CCFA may not even break even for the day Can't see how the day's costs for the CCFA will amount to much anyway if I'm honest! Surely the total gate for both games will cover!
