Mike Odgers
This SWPL(P) game played tonight was brought forward intentionally so as Buckland's key striker Anthony Lynch serving a two match suspension would now be available for their F A Cup tie on Saturday. Not a bad idea as Cullompton agreed knowing they wouldn't have to face Lynch. edited from SWPL website John Rimmer for Buckland 27m Chris Bedford for Cully'77m Att.167 Cullompton top of the League over Buckland by virtue of scoring one extra goal
Paul
Some really intresting results already. It could be a very close title race. Good crowd for tonights match. 2 points dropped for Buckland??? Only time will tell. :D
nabbot
From a home perspective dissapointing to drop two points at home, Bucks dominance in possesion and play during the first half were not turned into goals. Second half the game became more stretched and Cullompton soaked up pressure and looked dangerous on the counter attack, Bucks hit the crossbar and post twice in the last twenty minutes but it seemed like one of those nights. Got to give credit to Cullumpton for effort and pulling game forward to assist Bucks. The League could be facinating this season thats if someone can curtail Bodmin.
