dave bunt Posted August 2, 2009 Report Share Posted August 2, 2009 During yesterdays match Foxhole where awarded a penalty from wich they scored, only for the ref to blow his whistle and award an indirect free kick to Mullion for encroachment by a Foxhole player. I,m certain if this infringment occured the penalty should have been retaken, any refs help me out o this one? Don't know who the ref was but someone should explain the rules to him before he does this in a tight league game. He could end up with a riot on his hands.
