Guest Peppermint
Good luck to the team - but why do Cornwall and London have to travel to Doncaster. Perhaps it has something to do with the Final venue being chosen at the start of the season.
Rob Hosking
I think that the venue was chosen at the start of the season. would have been interesting to see if they kept the same venue had london lost in the semi final to yorkshire! It's not as bad as the british cup final a couple of years ago which was contested between strathclyde fire brigade and central scotland fire service- the game was played at exeter city! Just wish they played our game at a premiership ground as the final 2 or 3 years ago was played at anfield.
Dave Deacon
Bad news - just heard that Cornwall's Fire Brigade went down 5-3! Goalscorers for "us" - two from Luke Hodge and Gavin Cornish, however not so good for Gavin as he's gone to hospital with a suspected broken ankle! :o
