Mike Odgers
After knee surgery Lee Langmead has returned to local football from Witheridge when he made his debut for Boca Seniors last Saturday in the North Devon League and scoring the only goal against Braunton. Lee began his football in the North Devon League with Fremington before his Western League career. Last season 2007/08 the highly rated striker joined Falmouth from Barnstaple but was dogged for most of the year with a knee injury sustained in a PSF v Truro City. Stig
I think you'll find Mike, that the injury was sustained in an FA Cup match when a defender jumped on his knee down at the docks end after only about 15 minutes. Can't remember the other team but they played in red and town lost 1-2 ( a penalty and a big mistake at the back) 3 minutes from the end.

Stig
Well I'll always take a bow to Mr. Stato but I was involved in the Truro game and I can't remember him coming off injured, only in the FA Cup match as mentioned above.
Mike Odgers
Hi Stig-without wanting to bore the viewers I seem to remember Lee Langmead receiving lengthy treatment after scoring against Truro down at the 'Brookside' end. He didn't play again for about a month after that game (4 PSF.s and 1 SWPL) which included holiday. The game you mentioned was the F A Cup v Frome which he played throughout and it was in the next game Home v Bodmin when he got the full knee injury and was substituted in the first half which kept him out until December. His playing record for the season was Played 17(inc.2sub) scoring 8 goals.
